I've been in and out of options trading in one form or another for over 15 years now and have found some strategies that are suited to my personal temperament. I think that's half the battle right there. No, more than half.

It's not that complicated really, the hardest part is undoing what you've come to understand about options in the first place.

My trading journal

People have been asking me for years to show them exactly what I do, so I'm going to post the trades here, and my reasoning. That way the info will be available to anyone that is interested.

Realistically, this will help me more than anyone else, because it will force me to log and analyse my trades, (which I'm usually a bit lax on). I know there are a lot of option trading sites out there. I'm aiming to make this site different in that: A) I'm mainly focusing on just one strategy, and steering clear of the exotic, complicated trades and B) I'm going to post each one that I do, so it's not going to be theoretical, and it's not going to be a curated list of 'perfect' trades.
